Refund Policy - the basics

Returns:

• No Refunds : ADRA JEWEL does not offer refunds for any purchases. Only accepted for exchange within 7 days of purchase. GOODS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND RETURNABLE, ONLY EXCHANGE IS ACCEPTED BY T&C.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at adrajeweell@gmail.com or +6012-9500492 with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return & shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If approved, your items will be processed to ship within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for replacement.
